I am not someone who runs around screaming the “sky is falling” like Chicken Little. Every once in a while though I can put two and two together and see what might be coming around the bend. I’m not saying you should run out and buy up every last bag of frozen shrimp but the federal government has now shut down twenty-three percent of all fishing in the Gulf due to the BP Oil Leak.
